Premier Credit, a rapidly expanding MFI, needed better visibility into growth, month-end reporting, and cost control as it expanded across Kenya and into Uganda and Tanzania. Through its relationship with Mambu, it was introduced to BankBI, whose business intelligence product suited Premier Credit’s size and avoided the cost and complexity of hiring expensive consultants.

BankBI implemented a BI solution to help Premier Credit monitor its growing loan portfolios and related risks more effectively, while improving reporting and keeping costs under control. As a result, Premier Credit gained stronger oversight of business performance and a more scalable way to support continued regional expansion, although the case study does not provide specific numerical metrics.
