Out-of-the-Box Solution for VisionFund International

VisionFund International (VFI), the microfinance arm of World Vision, faced a significant challenge due to a lack of visibility and control over its global operations. With its data spread across 19 different core banking systems and 18 different general ledgers, VFI's head office received delayed reporting, hampering its ability to make informed decisions for both its financial and social impact objectives.

BankBI implemented an out-of-the-box solution to consolidate VFI's data. This included a 'FastTrack' bridge that allowed microfinance institutions to upload data directly to the cloud, providing immediate portfolio visibility and enabling data-driven decisions. As a result, BankBI gave VFI the reins to its data, accelerating its transformation strategy and supporting its mission to impact the lives of millions.
