Woodinville Wine Country, the winery association behind more than 130 wineries and tasting rooms in the Woodinville area near Seattle, wanted a better way to drive visitation and manage its existing paid wine pass program. The team also needed more flexibility, functionality, and reporting than its previous technology platform could offer, while creating room for new curated wine experiences beyond the original Passport to Taste.
Using Bandwango’s mobile pass platform, Woodinville Wine Country launched a range of digital passes, including weekend, annual, and themed options like the Rosé Pass and Red Road Trip, along with event access and member discounts. The results were strong: Woodinville Wine Country sold 9,000+ passes, drove 23,000+ tastings and discounts redeemed, and generated 3,000+ additional bottle purchases at member locations, while also gaining valuable customer data and positive feedback from both consumers and members.
