Case Study: Kampgrounds of America achieves a cohesive, award-winning uniform program with BAMKO

A BAMKO Case Study

Kampgrounds of America scales uniform program across 500+ locations with BAMKO

Kampgrounds of America (KOA), the world's largest system of public campgrounds, needed to evolve its fragmented uniform program for over 500 locations into a cohesive brand identity. Their challenge was both technical and human, requiring a solution for significant yellow color variance across garments and a need for inclusive, comfortable fits for their dispersed workforce. They partnered with vendor BAMKO as a full-service promotional branding partner to engineer a specialized apparel line.

BAMKO engineered a custom uniform collection that solved KOA's yellow variance issue with UV-resistant textiles and introduced inclusive sizing with dedicated female silhouettes. They also launched a custom eCommerce platform for simplified ordering and management. The program achieved immediate adoption and was named a 2026 Award-Winning Uniform Program by the NAUMD, providing KOA with a professional, durable brand image across all its locations.
