Windsor, an American special occasion fashion brand with more than 340 stores in the US and Puerto Rico, wanted a better way to connect with customers after COVID-19 reduced in-store interactions. Working with Bambuser, Windsor added video commerce to its website to create more personal, one-on-one shopping experiences and answer common styling and fit questions.

Using Bambuser’s live shopping/video commerce platform, Windsor launched interactive, authentic video content featuring hosts trying on outfits and co-hosted shows tied to key occasions. The results were strong: Windsor reported a fivefold increase in conversion rate and a doubling of average order value (AOV), while also strengthening customer relationships and engagement.
