Samsung beats conversion goals by 127% with Bambuser Live Video Shopping

Samsung needed a way to launch a new product while meeting younger shoppers where they spend time online, replicate the in‑store experience, and get immediate customer feedback during a high‑stakes product debut. To do that they turned to Bambuser’s live video shopping solution, with campaign support from Bambuser partner Relatable, to bring real‑time interaction and shoppable video to their Galaxy Z Fold2 5G launch.

Bambuser ran a live, influencer‑led stream from Samsung’s Stockholm showroom (embedded via the Bambuser player on Samsung’s site), enabling live Q&A and in‑video purchases. The show drew nearly 1,000 live viewers (average watch time >5.5 minutes), delivered a conversion rate 127% above Samsung’s benchmark (more than twice campaign goals), and the on‑demand recording has since attracted 4x more viewers with similar engagement.
