Personalized Customer Experience for Leading Electronics Retailer

Kjell & Company, one of the largest consumer electronics retailers in Scandinavia with nearly 2 million loyalty members, faced the challenge of preserving its highly personalized in-store service when customers could no longer visit physical stores. To solve this, Kjell & Company partnered with Bambuser and deployed Bambuser One-to-One to bring the in-store expert experience online.

Bambuser implemented a live, one-on-one solution allowing customers to connect with the most relevant store experts via video, audio or text, view products in action, compare specs, and complete purchases seamlessly. Since launching in fall 2020, Kjell & Company rolled the service out across all 126 stores with nearly 800 sales associates available, helping the retailer maintain service levels and weather pandemic-driven declines in foot traffic.
