Bambuser’s One-to-One enabled live, shoppable video calls and led Elkjøp to create dedicated in-store Live Shopping Booths and staff training programs; after one year the program drove 3,000+ calls per week, a 30%+ conversion rate (about 10x traditional e‑commerce), a $470 average order value, 80% customer call satisfaction, 100+ staff trained and adoption across 8 stores. Bambuser’s solution became a significant new revenue stream for Elkjøp, improving conversions, reducing returns and increasing customer loyalty.
