Bloomingdale’s | 150th Anniversary Livestream for NY Fashion Week

Bloomingdale’s, the iconic luxury department store, wanted to create a standout shoppable livestream to celebrate its 150th anniversary during New York Fashion Week and drive engagement across its live shopping channel. To do this, it partnered with Bambuser and its Social Commerce / Live Shopping capabilities to deliver a high-profile red carpet event that would feel premium, interactive, and exclusive.

Bambuser worked with Bloomingdale’s to plan the production, set design, scripting, moderation, and multi-camera livestream setup, including RTMP links and live-edited pre-recorded content to keep the event seamless and engaging. The campaign delivered Bloomingdale’s highest-ever live shopping KPIs, boosted viewership by nearly 150% in the first five minutes, generated a record average view time of 11 minutes, earned more than 5,000 likes, and produced a 477% ROI.
