Architrave is a Berlin-based PropTech company of 26–100 employees led by Dr. Anne Seebach. As it aimed to scale its team, Architrave needed an HRIS that could serve a diverse workforce—from early adopters to change-resistant staff—and deliver faster, simpler, and more transparent hiring and onboarding processes.
BambooHR’s suite (ATS, onboarding, reporting, employee database) became Architrave’s core HR platform: the ATS doubled as an intranet, avoiding internal development costs; customized onboarding workflows improved manager and new-hire adherence and retention; and reporting tools increased transparency for management and investors. In two years and three months BambooHR saved Architrave more than €20,000 in recruiting-related costs.
