Velcom launches taxi app in 10 weeks with Bamboo Agile

Velcom (A1) approached Bamboo Agile with the challenge of developing a multiplatform mobile application to serve as a comprehensive catalog of taxi services, aiming to enhance user interaction within the telecom sector.

Bamboo Agile built a well-crafted app for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, integrating a database of taxi services and short dialing codes. Following its launch, the iOS version achieved the top rank among local applications in the App Store and has remained in the top three for free travel apps in the region.
