As a result, Royal Credit Union substantially reduced time-to-decision (same-day decisions for applications received before 3 p.m.), now decisioning over 90% of online applications in less than 24 hours, and grew small business loan volume processed through Baker Hill from about $10M before implementation to more than $31M afterward.
