Rolls-Royce, the global technology company serving civil aerospace, defense, electrical, and power solutions, needed a way to extend its MSDS website beyond the control room. The existing web platform provided real-time data from nuclear power plant sensors, but it was only accessible on-site, limiting visibility of alerts and safety information for remote users.

BairesDev assembled a five-person team and, within about five months, built a mobile MVP using a Progressive Web Application approach with React and Xamarin. The solution enabled real-time monitoring of multiple power plants, customizable alerts, historical and trend analysis, and secure remote access from anywhere, while reusing the web codebase to speed delivery and avoid app marketplace overhead.
