Shoe Carnival, one of the country’s largest footwear chains, wanted to refresh its Shoe Perks loyalty program to boost enrollment, improve customer engagement, and create a seamless multi-channel experience for members. Baesman partnered with Shoe Carnival to overhaul the loyalty strategy and support the program across channels.

Baesman revamped the Shoe Perks member database, redesigned program benefits, and built an online portal for account access and engagement. The results were strong: the program grew to more than 6.1 million members, active buyers increased 138% in one year, the email file grew by over 270%, and Shoe Perks members spent nearly 30% more than non-members.
