Haelo Consulting rolls out real-time reporting worldwide with Bad Dinosaur

The customer, Haelo Consulting, came to Bad Dinosaur with a proof-of-concept for a reporting tool called Haelosense but lacked a concrete plan for its user experience and design. They needed to transform their spreadsheet-based system into a functional application that could help leaders in complex organizations focus on strategic priorities by providing real-time, visual updates.

Bad Dinosaur conducted Idea Bootcamp sessions and co-design workshops to define the user flow and UX design for the Haelosense platform. The collaborative process successfully led to the development and launch of the tool, which is now being rolled out to organizations worldwide and is hosted on Bad Dinosaur's managed plan. Haelo Consulting also secured funding from Scottish Enterprise for the project, and the client was so satisfied that they have since engaged Bad Dinosaur for a second project.
