Advanced Engagement, a provider of customized security awareness training for financial services organizations, approached Bad Dinosaur to build an initial MVP for their product. The challenge was to create a pilot platform for their first clients and to gain insight into the future direction of the product.

Bad Dinosaur held workshops to design the MVP and used an agile development process with weekly meetings to ensure the project stayed on time and on budget. The resulting web application was successfully delivered and deployed on Bad Dinosaur's managed cloud hosting platform with a web application firewall for security. The MVP allowed the customer to run successful pilots with potential clients and the vendor continues to provide estimates for new features as the product scales.
