Zeta Global Deploys Bacula Enterprise

Zeta Global replaced its incumbent commercial backup vendor after rising support costs and declining support quality, conducting a PoC and then deploying Bacula Enterprise from Bacula Systems. The team cited ease of use, scalability, and the effectiveness and responsiveness of the Bacula support team as reasons for the move.

Bacula Systems implemented Bacula Enterprise across all of Zeta Global’s U.S. data centers to back up physical servers, VMware hosts, and NAS arrays (NDMP) to deduplicating disk targets and tape. The deployment delivered the same enterprise capabilities as the previous provider with much lower cost, superior flexibility, and markedly improved, responsive support.
