To address this, Optima partnered with Backstop Solutions and implemented Backstop’s cloud-based productivity suite—leveraging its configurability, compliance calendar, automated reminders, auditing, and tracking features.

Backstop Solutions configured a centralized compliance calendar, automated alerts, detailed time and activity auditing, and opportunity-tracking to align distributed teams. The platform enabled Optima’s ~70 employees to manage 750+ global clients more proactively, increase productivity and collaboration, complete regulatory tasks on time, and support sustained quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth through 2020–2021.
