GTIS Partners, a rapidly growing real assets investment firm with major operations in the United States and Brazil, needed to professionalize and automate data collection and distribution to meet institutional investor expectations. To address this challenge GTIS adopted Backstop Solutions as its CRM and reporting platform, including extensive use of Backstop Portal, the vendor’s web-based reporting portal.

Backstop Solutions implemented its CRM and Backstop Portal to automate personalized document delivery, permission documents down to the document level, and provide responsive support. As a result GTIS cut the administrative workload to a fraction, eliminated the need to hire at least two full‑time employees, sped up distribution of a few hundred investor statements each quarter, and delivered faster, more accurate, and more transparent service to institutional investors.
