Pandora welcomed 8,700 guests with Backlash's Art of Loves pop-up

Pandora sought to bring its Christmas ‘Loves, Unboxed’ campaign to life by creating an immersive pop-up experience that captured the emotional joy of unboxing a gift. The challenge was to translate this concept into a physical activation that was both intimate and memorable, perfectly reflecting the festive spirit. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Backlash.

Backlash designed and managed a 10-day pop-up resembling a giant jewellery box. The solution featured an art installation with works from five UK artists and a bespoke interactive platform where visitors could create their own art. This art was turned into personalized wrapping paper and displayed on large exterior digital canvases. The results for Pandora were highly successful, with 8,700 guests welcomed, over 3,000 unique artworks printed, and an organic reach of 608,000 people.
