Everwell, a healthcare-focused digital media brand with a library of more than 600 videos (and the Everwell+Plus digital signage service), faced a growing production bottleneck as file sizes moved from 720p to 4K and more editors worked remotely. Remote teams couldn’t reliably check content into the on-site asset manager, resorted to shipping hard drives (putting raw footage at risk), and struggled with slow, disorganized workflows — so Everwell turned to Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage (integrated with iconik) to solve its storage and accessibility challenges.

Everwell implemented a cloud production workflow using iconik for asset management and Backblaze B2 for primary storage, then used Backblaze’s 70TB Fireball Rapid Ingest Service to quickly migrate its archive into B2.
