Valiant Bank, a Swiss independent retail and SME bank with over 900 employees, around 380,000 customers and 85 branches, partnered with Backbase to deliver a next‑generation omni‑channel customer engagement platform. Valiant needed to improve manageability and consistency across its branches and digital channels and to expand online customer interactions and overall user experience.
Backbase implemented its unified omni‑channel customer engagement platform, launching Valiant’s new public customer website in mid‑January 2017 and enabling features such as full online account opening and credit card applications. The Backbase solution increased agility, flexibility and centralized management across channels, accelerating Valiant Bank’s digital transformation and helping the bank broaden online engagement for its customer base.
