PostFinance goes live with new digital banking platform powered by Backbase

PostFinance, one of Switzerland’s largest and most innovative banks, faced the challenge of completing a multi‑phase digital transformation to deliver a modern, consistent e‑banking experience across devices and give customers clearer control over their finances. They partnered with Backbase, their trusted technology provider since 2013, to replace and rework their e‑finance environment and raise the standard of customer experience.

Backbase implemented its omni‑channel digital banking solution (Backbase Engage), delivering a tile‑based homepage and an E‑Cockpit interactive dashboard that are now available to all e‑finance users. The launch completed the second phase of PostFinance’s transformation, producing a streamlined, device‑agnostic UI and visually mapped financial overviews that let customers manage tasks directly from the homepage — a successful rollout credited to Backbase and its Expert Services team.
