Backbase implemented its omni-channel platform fully integrated with NBAD Group’s SOA, security, analytics and CMS, using Agile delivery. The solution delivered a responsive, Arabic-capable UX, seamless core-system integration and regulatory compliance. As a result NBAD Group saw increased use and positive customer feedback for its internet banking channel and gained real-time analytics to monitor messaging performance and rapidly adapt customer experiences.
