Delitraiteur, a retail and HoReCa company with 41 locations across Belgium and Luxembourg, faced time-consuming, resource-intensive challenges managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for invoices across its network. To address these issues it turned to Babelway, adopting Babelway’s EDI platform to simplify invoice exchange and centralize EDI operations.

Babelway implemented a user-friendly EDI solution that about ten Delitraiteur staff now use daily, streamlining the invoice-sharing process and reducing the time and resources required for EDI management. As a result, Delitraiteur reports improved EDI capabilities, empowered non-EDI users, a wider range of needed functionalities, and strong ongoing support from the Babelway team.
