The new setup enabled staff to work securely from anywhere, keep local numbers, access email, data and files remotely, and collaborate via Teams chat, voice and video. The result was a cloud-based mirror system that automatically activates if the primary system fails, helping ensure uninterrupted access for up to 150 users and creating a more flexible, reliable way of working.
