Babble Speeds Up Learning with New Cloud-Based Comms System

St Albans High School for Girls, an independent day school in Hertfordshire, needed to modernise its ageing Toshiba telephony system after 14 years of use. The school wanted a more mobile, fast-paced communication setup, better campus-wide paging for safety announcements, and a system that could be managed efficiently by its in-house IT team. Babble Cloud worked with the school on a move from ISDN to a VoIP-based, cloud-hosted education solution.

Babble Cloud implemented a Gamma-hosted Education Solution with cloud telephony and mobile integration for staff. The upgrade delivered dependable school-wide paging, unified mobile connectivity, improved disaster recovery and homeworking options, and a more cost-effective OPEX model that helped redirect budget toward learning priorities. According to the customer, the migration was completed with “almost zero teething problems,” and Babble Cloud was praised for more than 10 years of prompt, efficient service.
