ICP Transaction Solutions GmbH, part of Digital Reload Holding GmbH, is a European specialist in prepaid, lifestyle, and loyalty payment solutions. In 2019, the company wanted to expand into regional employee benefits by offering personalised, geographically restricted payout cards for tax-free non-cash benefits, but it lacked the financial institution licences needed to do so on its own. It turned to B4B Payments for support with the card program and compliance requirements.

B4B Payments helped ICP launch branded payout cards by handling compliance checks, account setup, client onboarding, and card ordering and shipping, while also enabling bespoke postcode restrictions for a client’s regional needs. The solution allowed ICP to offer flexible employee benefit cards with strong branding and API integration, including a German portal mirroring B4B’s platform. B4B Payments also supported a new Bavaria client rollout with 3,000 employee cards, helping ICP strengthen its offering and expand further in the German market.
