W.C. Spratt is an employee-owned sitework contractor based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, serving the region since 1927. Frustrated by the errors, delays and extra work of spreadsheet estimating and fragmented in-house operations systems, the company became an early adopter of BID2WIN (now B2W) estimating in 2002 and later evaluated additional B2W products as they were developed.
W.C. Spratt implemented the B2W ONE Platform—Estimate, Track, Dispatch and Maintain—to create a unified operational database. The result: much faster, standardized estimating with powerful reporting, real-time field tracking tied to estimates, a mapped job board for dispatch, and preventive maintenance for 130 assets that reduces downtime. Seamless data flow between elements and responsive vendor support have improved efficiency, visibility and day-to-day reliability across the business.
