GS Holdings Takes on Productivity Challenges with B2W

GS Holdings, a Spruce Grove, Alberta contractor specializing in water and sewer infrastructure, relied on Excel spreadsheets for estimating and field tracking and faced the risk of losing critical institutional knowledge with a retiring senior estimator.
