Customizing B2W Field Logs for Aggregate Operations

BARD Materials, a longtime supplier of concrete and aggregates operating dozens of quarries and mobile production sites in Iowa and Wisconsin, was hampered by complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking production, hours and downtime. Manual entry and inconsistent methods across eight to ten active mobile sites made reporting slow, error-prone and difficult to standardize, limiting the company’s ability to analyze performance or act quickly on issues.

Working with B2W Software, BARD replaced spreadsheets with a customized B2W Track system—mobile daily logs on tablets (with offline sync), standardized production accounts, and purpose-built reports and dashboards. The result: faster, more accurate next‑morning production reporting, consistent data across sites, easier downtime and equipment performance analysis, reduced manual work and errors, and clearer insights to guide equipment investments and operational improvements.
