Cougar Companies, a Fort Myers–based contractor with about 200 employees specializing in site, utility and concrete work across southwest Florida, needed a faster, more accurate estimating process to support growth. After Chief Estimator Shane Meaker reintroduced the idea of replacing spreadsheets, the company sought a scalable estimating system to win larger, more complex bids and improve project handovers.

Cougar deployed B2W Estimate (three licenses), built a cost database in roughly three weeks and was turning out bids within four weeks, with estimator training taking 4–8 weeks.
