Major Supplier Of Pool & Spa Parts & Product, a U.S.-based distributor with operations extending to the U.K., needed a mobile-enabled, role-based sales experience with separate portals for dealers and company executives, plus tight integration with its Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP. B2Sell was engaged to deliver a solution that included a Dealer Portal, Dealer Hub for updates and offers, and a mobile application, all integrated with Epicor P21 using B2Sell Central PIM and B2Sell eSeller.
B2Sell implemented a turnkey solution—web design, development and full Epicor P21 integration—so product data, customer accounts, pricing and availability sync in real time. The B2Sell eSeller site enforces role-based pricing and checkout (PO for B2B, card for B2C), routes dealer orders directly into P21, and powers a Dealer Hub for announcements; the B2Sell mobile app lets sales reps enter orders in the field that are posted straight to the ERP. The result is streamlined order processing, live pricing and inventory accuracy, reduced manual data entry, and faster dealer communication and sales workflows.
