B2Sell implemented a unified B2B/B2C eCommerce site with role-based sign-in, SEO-optimized product pages via its eSeller tool, and product data management through its eCentral PIM, all integrated with the client’s Prophet21/Epicor P21 ERP. Prices are pulled from live map pricing in Prophet21 and orders sync directly to the Epicor ERP, enabling accurate customer-specific pricing, streamlined order-to-shipment workflows, and self-service order and payment management for customers.
