Electrical Circuit Breakers & Related Products Distributor, a leading manufacturer and distributor serving customers across North America, relied on manually created purchase orders and had an outdated website. They needed online B2B ordering and a multi-tier quoting process, but industry restrictions meant online ordering had to be selectively enabled by customer and product. B2Sell was engaged to address these requirements using its B2Sell eSeller solution.

B2Sell implemented B2Sell eSeller and B2Sell Central to define user roles and product-level attributes so ordering capabilities were only available to permitted customer groups, and created different product and customer group behaviors. The site was integrated with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP for real-time inventory and pricing, allowing customers to view availability and place orders on demand. The B2Sell implementation produced a customized B2B website that greatly simplified ordering and helped increase sales and revenue.
