B2BE developed and implemented a custom web-based application named LISCO (Letters International Supply Chain Optimisation). The solution automated manual activities, provided role-specific access to information, and integrated disparate systems. The results for New Zealand Post included complete supply chain transparency, significant revenue protection savings, and accurate demand forecasting. A customer, Doubleday, reported the elimination of time-wasting paper management and the ability to track all shipments in real-time, handling 30,000 parcels a month more efficiently.
