Green Libros, a book retail and wholesale business in Santiago, Chile, used the B Impact Assessment to evaluate its social and environmental practices. The company’s challenge was improving access to books in South America while also understanding where it fell short internally, especially in how it supported employees.

Through the B Impact Assessment from B Impact Assessment, Green Libros gained a clearer picture of its operations and made a culture shift toward greater employee inclusion and awareness. While there were no major tangible changes, the company reported improved internal practices and engagement, and it earned a B Impact Score of 86, above the benchmark of 80.
