A regional government agency serving over 4 million residents needed to optimize its preventative maintenance activities. Its challenge was to ensure its Azzier CMMS was updated with the most current building information from its Building and Land Inventory Management System (BLIMS) so that maintenance was only scheduled for active properties.

The solution implemented by Tero was a customized Azzier interface that connected the two systems. This interface automatically and periodically extracted data from BLIMS, flagging inactive sites within Azzier to stop maintenance notifications for them. The Azzier solution provided greater accuracy and control by ensuring only active sites were tracked, saving valuable time by automating data transfer and preserving historical records.
