Canoe Forest Products Ltd, a plywood and veneer manufacturer, struggled with operational visibility and inventory management across its multiple dispersed mills. The solution from Azzier provided a customizable platform for work orders, inventory, and purchasing, all within a single system. The implementation was phased and included integration with SAP. The results were significant time savings, with supervisors saving an estimated eight hours per week on scheduling and the purchasing agent saving a day per week. Azzier also provided the flexibility for the customer to modify the system themselves and enabled better inventory control, reducing the need for redundant stock across mills.
