Leading IT Consulting Firm partnered with Azure Knowledge Corporation to better understand unmet needs in channel partner programs across APAC, benchmark competitor programs, and identify the most effective training methods and engagement models for channel partners. The project used multi-lingual phone-based data collection to gather insights across Australia, Singapore, India, South Korea, USA, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Czech Republic, and Vietnam.

Azure Knowledge Corporation conducted 150 in-depth interviews across 10 countries and delivered insights on channel partner perceptions of vendors, reasons for dissatisfaction, areas for improvement, key criteria for vendor partnerships, preferred incentive programs, and the most important sources of sales leads. The findings helped the client clarify how to improve partner engagement and strengthen its channel partner strategy across the region.
