Leading Healthcare Consulting Firm engaged Azure Knowledge Corporation to support a healthcare recruitment study across Australia, Brazil, China, Singapore, and the UAE. The challenge was to recruit a balanced mix of healthcare practitioners for a qualitative study on the perception and adoption of connected care devices and integrated health systems, with particular difficulty finding respondents in Australia and the UAE.

Azure Knowledge Corporation implemented CATI screening interviews to recruit HCPs for 30–45 minute phone interviews, evenly distributing participants across general practitioners, oncologists, cardiologists, respiratory specialists, pregnancy specialists, and pediatricians. Azure also adapted the approach with partners and revised the methodology to include F2F/CATI for the UAE, successfully enabling recruitment across the required markets and respondent types.
