Global MR Company - Customer Case Study

Global MR Company, a top global MR agency, needed to understand consumer and business buyers’ perceptions of Taiwanese products and the “Taiwan Excellence” logo across multiple geographies, including India, Singapore, Brazil, Vietnam, the Czech Republic, Russia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Taiwan. Azure Knowledge Corporation supported the brand awareness study with multilingual phone-based data collection, exit-intercept interviews, and focus group discussions.

Azure Knowledge Corporation executed the program in two phases, managing recruitment, moderation, and transcript delivery for FGDs alongside CATI interviews and exit interviews. In phase 1, Azure completed 5,000 CATI interviews and 1,000 exit interviews; in phase 2, it delivered another 5,000 CATI interviews, 1,000 exit interviews, and 15 FGDs, providing Global MR Company with a large-scale, multilingual research program and comprehensive qualitative and quantitative insights.
