Kids II, a global designer and manufacturer of baby and infant products, needed a better way to manage projects across 14 international offices and more than 500 employees. Teams were using multiple cloud applications—Workfront for project management, Slack for communication, and Dropbox for asset storage—which made communication and information sharing more difficult.

Using Azuqua, Kids II built automated workflows connecting Workfront, Slack, and Dropbox to centralize project data and improve collaboration. Azuqua automatically created Slack channels and Dropbox folders for new projects, synced project updates between Workfront and Slack, sent direct messages for new assignments, and archived channels when projects were completed. According to Alan Tabor, the integration was built in just a couple of days instead of several weeks, helping Kids II speed up its project management ecosystem and plan additional integrations.
