Viking Line, a travel and entertainment company, faced unacceptable wait times, inconsistent response times, and downtime on its Java-based reservation portal during peak selling periods. The company turned to Azul Systems and its Azul Platform Prime to address these scalability and performance challenges.

Azul Systems replaced Viking Line’s existing JVM with Azul Platform Prime, improving stability and making reservation portal response times much lower and more consistent during peak periods.
