Service Experts, a North American full-service HVAC company operating since 1996 with a 500-vehicle fleet, needed to build a safety-first culture, improve GPS tracking accuracy, and escape poor service and miscommunication from a previous telematics provider.

Azuga deployed SpeedSafe, Scheduled Maintenance, FuelSave and FleetMobile with in-cab alerts for hard braking, rapid acceleration and aggressive cornering, GPS tracking with preinstalled Y cables, and a dedicated customer success manager.
