Why DropTask [Ayoa] takes center stage

Zebra Financial, a mortgage brokering company led by Managing Director Frank Xiriha, was struggling to track client files as they moved through up to eight stages using spreadsheets, markerboards and filing cabinets. After searching for a visual, easy-to-use solution, they adopted DropTask (now Ayoa) to provide the “big picture overview” and centralize their day-to-day operations.

Ayoa’s visual Workflow View let Zebra create a task for each client deal and drag task bubbles through vertical swimlanes on a shared office display and on mobile devices; avatar assignment, online/offline access and device sync improved accountability and remote collaboration. The solution delivered complete oversight of processes, cut the manual effort of rewriting boards, sped up status updates and became an integral part of Zebra Financial’s daily operations.
