IreeTec, led by president Lisa-Ann Barnes, needed a simple, visual tool to teach project management and help students create work breakdown structures and initial schedules. Teaching at Northwestern University, Lisa-Ann required a solution that would quickly onboard learners with varying styles—creative students who respond to visual displays and analytical students who prefer Kanban—while also being practical for small team projects and stakeholder communication. Ayoa’s DropTask was used to meet this need.

Ayoa delivered DropTask with Canvas View for big-picture visualization, Workflow View for Kanban-style tracking, and task attachments for templates and feedback. The result was fast adoption—students could start using the tool with under five minutes of instruction—strong engagement from creative learners, and real-world uptake (one student purchased a subscription to present projects to sponsors).
