Inclusively making creativity accessible to all

C-HQ (Creatr Headquarter) is a digital sticker and planner design team led by founder Olivia Raymond, who is dyslexic and has Asperger’s. They needed a flexible way to manage both creative work and day-to-day operations across a distributed team in multiple countries, but the task tools they tried were too linear and rigid for the way they think and collaborate.

Ayoa provided the solution with its visual mind maps, whiteboards, flexible task boards, group chats, and voting features. By using Ayoa, C-HQ was able to blend creativity with organisation, improve collaboration between neurodivergent and neurotypical team members, and keep work moving without things falling through the cracks; while no hard metrics were given, Olivia said it helped her feel more focused, accountable, and creatively productive.
