SALUS Chooses Ayla Networks to Connect its Smart Building Products to the Internet of Things

SALUS, a global provider of energy control solutions, chose Ayla Networks to connect its Wyse.ly suite of smart building products to the cloud. SALUS needed flexible, protocol‑agnostic connectivity that could scale across its European, North American and Asian markets, enable interoperability with other manufacturers’ devices, support new retail channels beyond its professional wholesale base, and deliver data for future services.

Ayla’s IoT platform provides end‑to‑end device, cloud and mobile connectivity (with AWS-backed security and scalability), allowing Wyse.ly thermostats, smart plugs and sensors to link via the SALUS Universal Gateway and be controlled by iOS/Android apps. The integration enables cross‑vendor interactions, gives SALUS analytics to build value‑added services, supports business model expansion and will be showcased at AHR Expo 2017.
