They partnered with Ayla Networks and utilized its IoT platform to build this new connected capability for their high-efficiency models, aiming to enhance value for both homeowners and their dealers.

The solution implemented by Ayla Networks provided the full IoT infrastructure, including embedded agents and the Ayla Agile Mobile Application Platform (AMAP) to create the Culligan Connect system. This allowed homeowners to control their systems and receive alerts via a mobile app, while dealers gained a web portal to monitor equipment, receive diagnostics, and proactively schedule service, saving time and costs. Ayla Networks enabled Culligan to successfully launch its first smart product, forming the foundation for expanding connectivity across its portfolio.
